Process:
Using the buttons on the home page please select which service you are interested in. Read carefully through the description and extra info. If everything looks good, the next step is to send your $20 deposit (goes toward your total) and submit your inquiry form.
Allow 1-2 days for your inquiry form to be responded to. If your deposit has been confirmed the designer will go over your ideas and start the designing process. Once the designing has been completed the client will be able to make any necessary changes. Printing will not begin until the client approves the design and final payment has been made.
Once the design is approved by the client the printing process will begin. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to begin an order. It will go towards your total. I will not show drafts without a deposit.
Inquiry forms are responded to in 1-2 days.
It is important the client has at least a basic idea of what they are looking for. Inspiration photos or elements are highly appreciated. No ideas for your design can lead to excessive editing which may result in an extra fee.
Once a design has been finished by the designer it will be sent to the client for any necessary editing and approval. At this time any changes can be made. The client will also make sure the information on the design is correct. I will not take responsibility for wrong phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, etc. No refunds or remakes.
Card and sticker designs are machine and hand crafted. Small imperfections may occur.
Once the client approves the design, the remaining balance must be paid before printing. If a client needs extra time to send the final payment that is fine but no printing will begin until balance is paid in full.
When the printing process has began no changes can be made to the design.
Please make sure the shipping address that is given to the designer is correct. I will not take responsibility for missing apartment numbers, wrong zip codes, etc.
Once the printing process has completed the order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided. All orders are shipped through UPS.
Most designs are completely in 1-2 weeks. Larger complex designs (like cut-to-shape business cards) may take up to 4 weeks. Please place your order in a timely manner. All orders are taken in the order they are received and I will not rush my work.
No refunds, remakes, or exchanges.
